(Mứt Quất) - Kumquat Jam is one of amazing Vietnamese Cuisines. In winter, it helps my throat better and keeps my voice normally.
- 300g white sugar
- 5 tablespoons honey jam
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- Add more sugar and cover the pot, wait for 3 – 4 hours.
- Cook with small heat from 30 – 45 minutes till the water becomes thicker and kumquat’s skin is softer.
- Then, add more honey jam and cook more 5 minutes. Turn off the heat and wait to reduce the heat.
- You should store in glass jar to use day by day. When serve Kumquat Jam, you can scoop 3 – 4 teaspoons of this jam, add a little hot water to mix and then pour cold water if you love it.

- 1kg kumquat fruits- 300g white sugar

- Clean kumquat with water added salt, wait to get dry, cut in half, remove all seeds, press out of water into clean bowl. Slice small their skin. Next, pour kumquat’s skin part with its water into pot.- Add more sugar and cover the pot, wait for 3 – 4 hours.
