Salad Orange Recipe (Salad Cam)

(Salad Cam) - Salad Orange comes from many stunning Vietnamese Cuisine. This dish is not only tasty, but also really eye-catching.

Ingredients

- 1 orange

- ½ avocado

- ½ apple

- 100g prawn

- Spices for sauce: mustard, salt, sugar, pepper

Process

- Slice avocado into small cubes. 

- Peel off the cover of orange, slice it into small circle shapes and mix with avocado. 

- Slice apple into small cubes and continue to add in mixture. 

- Peel off the cover of prawns, bring to boil until it is cooked. 

- Making sauce: Mix a little mustard, salt, ½ teaspoon sugar, pepper and 1 tablespoon orange juice together.  

- Mix this sauce with all mixture and boiled prawns.
